The Role

We're seeking an experienced Integration Specialist to join our team on a freelance basis. As an Integration Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in building seamless connections between ManyChat, Simplero, and Brevo using Make or Zapier. Your primary responsibility will be to set up automated workflows that streamline data transfer and communication between these platforms, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design and implement automated workflows using Make or Zapier to integrate ManyChat with Simplero and Brevo

• Develop a deep understanding of API integrations and workflow automation to ensure seamless data transfer and communication between platforms
• Collaborate with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that enhance the overall customer experience
• Troubleshoot and resolve any integration issues that may arise, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in integration and automation, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our processes and solutions

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in integration and automation, with a focus on API integrations and workflow automation

• Proven track record of successfully integrating multiple platforms using Make or Zapier
• In-depth knowledge of ManyChat, Simplero, and Brevo, including their APIs and data structures
• Strong understanding of data transfer protocols and communication mechanisms
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working with a variety of integration tools, including Make and Zapier
