Key Responsibilities
As a Remote arenaflex Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via phone and chat, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service via phone and chat, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of arenaflex products, services, and policies, making recommendations and providing solutions to customers
- Utilizing strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns, escalating issues as needed
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, using our proprietary database to document all customer communications
- Collaborating with internal teams, including quality and training, to ensure continuous improvement and adherence to performance expectations
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction
- Proficiency in Windows-based applications, with a minimum of 40 GB available hard drive space and 8 GB RAM
- Reliable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 45 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
