A Day in the Life...

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing seamless and friendly experiences for our customers. Your day will be filled with a variety of transactions, from answering questions to resolving issues, all while maintaining a high level of expertise in our store environment. You'll inspire trust, teamwork, and positive team relationships, ensuring that every customer leaves feeling valued and satisfied.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with a variety of transactions, providing personalized solutions to meet their needs

• Demonstrate expertise in all technologies used in the store environment, including our point-of-sale systems and customer relationship management tools
• Inspire trust, teamwork, and positive team relationships, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment
• Defuse customer situations and provide resolution in a timely and effective manner, ensuring that every customer leaves feeling satisfied
• Ensure the security and privacy of customer information through education, compliance, and resolution of issues
• Motivate and inspire others to adopt initiatives such as our arenaflex Rewards program, driving sales growth and customer loyalty
• Work a flexible schedule based on department needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Management Level

This role is part of our Individual Contributor Track, with a management level of 9. The hourly wage range for this position is $16.05 - $16.70, with opportunities for performance-based incentives and bonuses. Benefits include 401k, medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more. Eligibility requirements may apply based on location, job level, classification, and length of employment.

Commission Structure

As a sales-driven organization, we offer competitive commission structures to our top-performing employees. Apparel, shoes, and accessories sales typically range from 3% to 14.5%, while Beauty and Men's Fragrance sales roles receive a commission of 3%.
