Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding promptly and professionally to customer queries via chat and email, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
- Resolving customer complaints and issues with empathy and accuracy, maintaining a positive and professional tone in all interactions.
- Documenting customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaborating with internal teams to escalate and follow up on complex issues, ensuring seamless communication and resolution.
- Meeting daily and weekly performance metrics (response time, satisfaction scores, etc.), demonstrating a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by utilizing the right tools and systems, ensuring a high level of customer trust and confidence.
- Proactively identifying patterns in customer issues and reporting trends, contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes.
Essential Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

Working Hours and Flexibility
As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with flexible shifts available (including morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts). Candidates must be willing to work in rotational shifts (if required) and are expected to be available for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
