Position Overview

As a Full Stack Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the voice of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for resolving customer issues efficiently, making smart decisions on the fly, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance our customer experience. This is a seasonal, remote opportunity that requires flexibility and adaptability, with a temporary timeframe of approximately 6-12 weeks.

Key Responsibilities

* Promptly answer and respond to all customer calls and emails, resolving issues effectively and with the arenaflex spirit

  • Follow up swiftly on any unresolved customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Make thoughtful, smart decisions on the fly, prioritizing customer satisfaction and arenaflex values
  • Suggest and improve customer service processes and documentation procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Help train and support other team members as needed, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration
  • Proactively communicate with various teams to enhance our customer experience in stores and on our website
  • Perform other duties as assigned, with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization

Essential Job Functions

* Arrive at scheduled shifts ready to answer incoming customer service calls and emails by the opening of generally recognized corporate business hours or as directed by the Department Lead or Department Manager

  • Hours are subject to change with shifts in demand and/or peak selling times
  • Utilize available technology and resources to ensure all calls and emails are answered during business hours
  • Be the voice of arenaflex to internal and external customers, providing "WOW" customer service and representing the brand image at all times

Requirements

* 1-2 years of retail and/or customer service experience

  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task effectively and efficiently
  • Very strong organizational skills with a big emphasis on follow through
  • Excellent data entry skills
  • Ability to learn multiple systems rapidly
  • Maintain a positive attitude in all situations and represent the arenaflex brand in all aspects
  • Team player
  • Look for continuous improvement in customer service experience and processes
  • Extremely process-oriented

Work Location and Availability

* This position is a remote opportunity, with department hours as directed by the Customer Care Leadership Team

  • Must be available to work one of the following shifts:

+ Monday – Thursday 7a CST – 6p CST + Tuesday – Friday 7a CST – 6p CST + Friday – Monday 7a CST – 6p CST + Monday – Thursday 10a CST – 9p CST

  • Exact days and hours subject to change based on business needs
