Primary Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Handling phone and email inquiries from current and prospective customers in a friendly, patient, and kind manner
* Preparing well-written responses to customers, ensuring that their questions and concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently
* Processing insurance quotes, coordinating underwriting, and assembling insurance certificates digitally
* Additional activities to support our efforts to help customers become insured and remain insured, such as:
+ Providing product information and explanations
+ Resolving customer complaints and issues
+ Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
+ Staying up-to-date on industry developments and regulatory changes
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:
* Excellent communication and listening skills, with a strong attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Ability to multitask and adapt to internal operational processes and systems
* Prior client service experience and/or insurance license is a plus
