Responsibilities

As an Experienced Telecommute Chat and Email Advisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and issues via chat and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and timely information to customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
  • Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues as needed, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of support
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times, even in challenging situations
  • Collaborating with team members to improve customer support processes, ensuring that we are always delivering exceptional services

Key Performance Indicators

* Respond to customer inquiries and issues within a timely manner (average response time of 2 hours or less)

  • Achieve a customer satisfaction rating of 90% or higher
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of support
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times, even in challenging situations

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong customer service orientation, with a passion for delivering exceptional services
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results
  • Previous experience in a customer support role, preferably in a behavioral health setting
