Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our databases and systems. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Accurately entering data into various databases and systems from source documents within time limits
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking the output
- Verifying data by comparing it to source documents
- Updating existing data and retrieving data from the database as requested
- Performing regular backups to ensure data preservation
- Organizing and maintaining files and records for efficient data retrieval
- Collaborating with team members to address any discrepancies or issues with data entry
- Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy (minimum 60 words per minute)
