Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. You'll be responsible for providing personalized support via phone, email, and virtual meetings, assisting clients in understanding their insurance benefit options, and responding to questions about policies, coverage, and claims. You'll also schedule and lead virtual consultations with new and existing customers, and maintain product knowledge to guide clients in making informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide personalized customer support via phone, email, and virtual meetings

  • Assist clients in understanding their insurance benefit options
  • Respond to questions about policies, coverage, and claims
  • Schedule and lead virtual consultations with new and existing customers
  • Maintain product knowledge to guide clients in making informed decisions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to customers

Essential Qualifications

* No prior customer service or insurance experience required

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable using basic technology (Zoom, email, etc.)
  • 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and eager to grow professionally

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role or sales environment

  • Knowledge of insurance products and services
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
