Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Junior Data Entry Specialist to join our Finance team on a remote basis. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining financial data in our systems, verifying and reconciling data to ensure accuracy and completeness, and assisting in processing invoices, payments, and financial reports. Key Responsibilities

As a Junior Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll have the following key responsibilities:

• Accurately enter, update, and maintain financial data in our systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Verify and reconcile data to ensure accuracy and completeness, identifying and resolving discrepancies as needed
• Assist in processing invoices, payments, and financial reports, ensuring timely and accurate completion
• Follow company procedures and compliance guidelines, maintaining the highest level of integrity and confidentiality
• Communicate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure seamless collaboration
• Perform other administrative and data-related tasks as needed, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a keen eye for precision and quality
• Basic understanding of finance, accounting, or data entry principles, with a willingness to learn and grow
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools, with experience in data entry and analysis
