- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of employee data, including fingerprints and personal investigation results
- Collaborating with the TSA, Airport Security Sheets, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal Services to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

What You'll Do
As a Data Entry Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of employee data, including fingerprints and personal investigation results
- Processing and analyzing large datasets to identify trends and patterns
- Developing and maintaining reports and dashboards to track compliance metrics
- Collaborating with the TSA, Airport Security Sheets, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal Services to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Auditing and reviewing completed fingerprint applications for accuracy and completeness
- Retransmitting fingerprints to the TSA Clearinghouse as needed
Favored Capabilities and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, computer science, or data analysis)
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel and Access
- Knowledge of modern Succeed skills, including organizing, creating complex equations, and Vlookup
- Familiarity with the TSA Clearinghouse database and Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) applications
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
