Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. You'll be the face of our company, answering inbound calls from retailers who are looking to make a purchase. You'll be responsible for answering basic questions about our products, assisting customers in navigating our website, and processing purchase orders. You'll also be responsible for resolving customer complaints, answering questions about tracking shipments, and providing support for returns and exchanges.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer inbound calls from retailers and respond to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product information and answer basic questions about our clothing and accessories
- Assist customers in navigating our website and finding the products they need
- Input purchase orders into our system and ensure all information is accurate
- Accept payment over the phone and process transactions in a secure and efficient manner
- Resolve customer complaints and answer questions about tracking shipments, order delays, and receiving incorrect or damaged merchandise
- Provide support for returns and exchanges, including submitting requests for refunds and replacements
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications
* Previous experience working as a call center customer service agent, receptionist, or client intake coordinator
- Accustomed to talking to business clients over the phone and providing exceptional service
- Friendly, outgoing, and able to build rapport with customers quickly
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Basic computer skills and experience with data entry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in the wholesale industry or a related field
- Knowledge of wholesale products and services
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
