Key Responsibilities:

* Engage with customers across social media platforms, providing prompt and friendly responses to their inquiries and concerns.

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Virtual Assistant - Live Chatter (Social Media), you'll be handling incoming customer support questions via live chat on arenaflex's website and social media accounts. This could include support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. Your primary goal will be to provide timely, accurate, and helpful responses that meet the customer's needs and exceed their expectations.

Contract Length and Rate:

* Contract length: No fixed term, allowing you to work on a flexible schedule that suits your needs.

  • Rate: $35 per hour, providing a competitive compensation package for your expertise and dedication.

Skills and Background:

* Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).

  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and make decisions that align with arenaflex's values and policies.
  • Closely follow provided steps and instructions, ensuring that you're always up-to-date on the latest procedures and best practices.
  • Have 10+ hours availability per week, allowing you to commit to a regular schedule and deliver consistent results.
  • Reliable internet connection, ensuring that you can access arenaflex's systems and tools without interruption.
