Scheduling & Hours

As a 1099 contractor, you'll have the freedom to choose your own schedule, working in 30-minute or 1-hour blocks. You'll be able to select the hours that suit you best, allowing you to balance your work and personal life. Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to chats, emails, and calls from customers in a timely and professional manner
• Provide solutions to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a creative and empathetic way

• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, navigating multiple systems and programs simultaneously
• Communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing

Who We're Looking For

You should be able to type at least 20 words per minute and have solid computer skills, including typing and navigation.
