Job Summary

As a Live Chat Agent for arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our online chat platform. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our services, all while ensuring a positive and seamless experience. This is a remote, full-time position with a competitive salary starting at $18 per hour, and you will enjoy a range of benefits including health insurance, paid time off, travel discounts, and a 401(k) plan.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner. You will be the first point of contact for many of our customers, and it is essential that you respond to their inquiries in a friendly and helpful manner.
  • Assist customers with booking flights, modifying reservations, and providing travel information. You will be responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information about our services, including flight schedules, fares, and travel requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating when necessary. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner, and escalating complex issues to your supervisor or other relevant teams as needed.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex's services, policies, and procedures. You will be responsible for staying up-to-date with changes to our services, policies, and procedures, and for using this knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information to our customers.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality. You will be responsible for documenting customer interactions and feedback, and for using this information to identify areas for improvement and to develop strategies for enhancing our customer service.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a range of skills and qualifications, including:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred. While a high school diploma or equivalent is required, we prefer candidates with an associate degree or higher in a related field, such as business, communications, or customer service.
