Job Summary

As a Customer Order Management Services Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized support. You'll work closely with our internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate solutions to their concerns

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Process customer orders, including verifying order details, updating customer information, and communicating with internal teams
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including notes, emails, and chat logs
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets, as measured by customer feedback and Net Promoter Score (NPS)
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and arenaflex policies and procedures
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, order management, or a related field

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal teams
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and meet productivity targets

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a remote or work-from-home environment

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and order management systems
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages
  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment, with a strong understanding of call handling and escalation procedures
