Transforming Customer Experiences

We're seeking an Experienced Customer Security Engineer to join our team and provide expert technical leadership to enterprise customers around the world. As a Customer Security Engineer, you will work directly with experienced technical teams, helping them develop the skills and knowledge needed to maintain and troubleshoot their environments in alignment with industry best practices. When critical issues do occur, you will provide rapid, expert support—often onsite—to restore operations efficiently and minimize impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Security and Compliance:

Implement and enforce security policies, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations across Microsoft 365 services.

Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD):

Oversee the management and administration of Azure Active Directory, ensuring secure access and identity protection.

Security for M365:

Implement and maintain comprehensive security measures across Microsoft 365 environments to protect organizational data and resources.

What You'll Need:

*

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in IT

*

Proven experience in a similar role with a focus on Microsoft security technologies

*

Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices

*

Experience with Microsoft security tools, including Microsoft 365 Defender and Azure AD

*

Familiarity with data protection and compliance frameworks

*

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

*

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Education:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field, or equivalent work experience

Benefits and Compensation:

Base salary range:

$92,000- $110,000, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance
