Experienced Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher – HVAC and Plumbing Industry

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our dispatch team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring seamless communication between our customers and technicians, and contributing to the growth and success of our Residential Department.
Job Role
As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance, as well as other daily duties that include:
* Maintaining our customer database with accurate and up-to-date information
* Making daily outbound phone calls to customers and technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
* Routing technicians based on location to ensure prompt and effective service
* Maintaining a positive team atmosphere with all members of the dispatch team
* Collaborating with the dispatch team to resolve customer issues and concerns
* Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
Schedule
* Wednesday: In-office work at our Chantilly office from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break)
* Monday-Friday: Remote work from home from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break) (not on Wednesday)
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you'll need:
* Previous call center experience, with a minimum of 1 year of experience
* The ability to type at a speed of approximately 70 words per minute
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle high call volumes and work independently
* Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia
* Accurate documentation skills, with the ability to enter information into our customer database (Service Titan) with precision and efficiency
