Responsibilities:

Building and maintaining relationships
with new and repeat customers, fostering a culture of trust and loyalty.
Managing key accounts
and serving as the point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and effective communication.
Assisting clients
with quotes, order processing, and order tracking, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Managing opportunities
in Salesforce, identifying and pursuing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Communicating effectively
and timely with customers to answer questions and inquiries, serving as a liaison between clients and internal departments.
Working with the Sourcing and Project Management team
to develop order fulfillment plans, providing ongoing support to the business development field team.
Qualifications:
•
BS degree
, preferably in science (Biology, Chemistry, Biological Science, etc.), demonstrating a strong foundation in scientific principles and concepts.
At least 2 years of experience
in a client services position, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator
(a plus), with a strong understanding of clinical research principles and practices.
Customer service-oriented attitude
, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships.
