Responsibilities
As a Remote Chat & Email Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Responding promptly to incoming chat and email inquiries from clients, prospects, and real estate agents, providing accurate and timely information about listings, rental availability, showing procedures, or service requests.
* Troubleshooting common issues related to listings, portals, scheduling tools, or documentation, using internal systems to update customer records, log interactions, and escalate issues when needed.
