Job Summary

As a Data Entry Clerk with arenaflex, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently transferring data from various sources into our new database. You will also update databases or records with new information as it becomes available, correct and modify inaccurate files and records, and ensure that data is saved and stored properly. In addition, you will be responsible for organizing paper formats, paper backups, and material source files as needed.

Key Responsibilities

* Transfer data from various sources into the new database, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

  • Update databases or records with new information as it becomes available, maintaining up-to-date records
  • Correct and modify inaccurate files and records, ensuring data integrity and consistency
  • Comply with security backups and regular checks to ensure data is saved and stored properly
  • Organize paper formats, paper backups, and material source files as needed, maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve data entry issues and ensure seamless data flow
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Familiarity with database management systems and data entry software

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with cloud-based data entry systems

  • Knowledge of data entry best practices and industry standards
  • Certification in data entry or a related field (e.g., Certified Data Entry Specialist)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
