Job Summary

As a Temporary Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients via phone and email. You'll also be required to perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records. This is a temporary, full-time position with a two-week on-site training period at our SouthPark office in Charlotte, NC. After training, you'll have the opportunity to work remotely from the comfort of your own dedicated workspace.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support via phone and email, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintain accurate records and update customer information as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide informed support and guidance to clients
  • Participate in on-site training and remote work to ensure seamless support and service delivery

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer support experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse clients and stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other productivity software
  • Ability to work in a quiet, dedicated workspace with minimal distractions
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the agricultural industry or a related field

  • Familiarity with data collection and management software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment
