Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, interact with clients from diverse backgrounds, and develop your skills in a supportive and collaborative team. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Making outgoing calls, emails, texts, and chats to clients to provide information, resolve issues, and promote our products and services
  • Explaining and updating benefit options to clients, ensuring they understand their coverage and benefits
  • Maintaining accurate records and policy details, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Providing excellent service with a friendly attitude, responding to client inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with a virtual team to achieve daily goals, share knowledge, and support each other in delivering exceptional customer experiences

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
  • Reliable, organized, and motivated to succeed, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Zoom, email, and online tools
  • Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must be willing to get licensed in Life and Health Insurance

Preferred Qualifications

While experience is not required, we're looking for candidates with:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or remote environment
  • Knowledge of insurance products and services, including Life and Health Insurance
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
