The Role

As a Full Stack Product Manager in arenaflex Shopping, you'll be responsible for leading the development and launch of innovative price comparison and customer experience products that drive revenue and customer value. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including software and data engineers, analysts, data scientists, designers, and stakeholders, to design and deliver data platform features that meet the needs of our customers and internal users.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead multiple teams of software and data engineers to design and deliver data platform features for internal users

  • Understand the enterprise data requirements and ensure the system's compliance with enterprise patterns
  • Relentlessly push to understand user and stakeholder needs and ensure they are considered in prioritization and trade-off discussions
  • Create a vision and roadmap for your product that addresses stakeholder needs
  • Partner with analysts, data scientists, designers, engineers, and others to continuously refine the roadmap and harvest insights from experiments and product launches
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with leaders and stakeholders that depend on the capabilities and performance of our platforms
  • Define, socialize, and monitor key performance indicators to understand the evolution and success of the project

Essential Qualifications

* At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management

  • At least 3 years of experience with SQL
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products

  • Strong understanding of emerging technologies (APIs, Big Data, Native UIs) and their application in building great products
  • Proficiency in handling large data files using SQL, Python, and/or R
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to create a compelling vision and story to present to senior executives and inspire direct and partner teams

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to create a compelling vision and story to present to senior executives and inspire direct and partner teams

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including software and data engineers, analysts, data scientists, designers, and stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of data analysis and the ability to use SQL to build a data-backed strategy, identify insights, and troubleshoot issues

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

arenaflex offers a comprehensive and competitive compensation package, including:

  • A minimum salary of $144,000 - $164,400 per year, depending on location
  • Performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives (LTI)
