Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional phone and email support to sales and healthcare professionals, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Managing incoming requests through a multichannel system, including order entry, order status verification, and processing return orders
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to arenaflex's specifications and standardized processes to ensure 100% quality for all orders
- Interpreting and explaining detailed information about processes and procedures, ensuring customers have a clear understanding of our products and services
- Participating in continuous improvement activities and projects, contributing to the development of new processes and procedures that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in responding to new and rapidly changing situations, prioritizing tasks and managing workload to meet business needs
- Providing support beyond standard hours as needed, if call volume and/or workload require additional time
Essential Qualifications
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:
- At least 2 years of direct customer service or call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support business needs, including evenings and weekends as required
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we encourage applicants with:
- An associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or customer service
- Experience with ERP systems, including SAP, GHX, EDI, Salesforce, Genesys, and/or Power BI
