Job Summary

As a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in providing top-notch support to our clients across various industries. You'll be the face of arenaflex, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service experiences that drive loyalty and retention. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both English and Spanish

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product and service information, demos, and training to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong product knowledge and technical skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with flexibility to work more hours as needed

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience working with diverse customer populations and languages
