Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat support. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, and your primary responsibility will be to resolve their queries, address their concerns, and provide solutions that meet their needs. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions through phone, email, and chat support

  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies
  • Escalate complex issues to senior representatives or management as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to provide informed solutions to customers
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with customer service software and tools
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
