What You Need to Succeed in this Role
To excel as a Customer Support Consultant at arenaflex, you will need:
- Excellent English language skills (at least C1 level)
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role
- Experience in providing support via live chats and emails
- Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce or Zendesk
- Personal or professional experience in trading, investments, or crypto
- Strong analytical and research skills
- A positive and responsible attitude
- A personal laptop or computer with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload)
A Great Plus:
