What You'll Do
As a Customer Support Consultant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via chats, emails, and other communication channels. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Building positive and long-lasting relationships with customers through proactive communication and issue resolution
- Meeting team KPIs and consistently delivering high-quality support experiences
- Staying up-to-date with cutting-edge technology and industry trends to provide expert advice and guidance to customers
- Securing sensitive customer information and maintaining confidentiality
- Applying the latest customer happiness practices to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Maintaining working knowledge of our clients' products and services to provide accurate and informed support
- Collaborating with developers and other departments of various IT companies to resolve complex issues and improve overall support experiences
What You Need to Succeed
To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Native Japanese and English communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Personal or professional experience in the crypto industry, with a deep understanding of the latest trends and technologies
- Analytical and research skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve complex issues
- Positive and responsible attitude, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
Nice to Have
While not required, experience with CRM systems would be a great plus in this role.
