Job Summary

Essential Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or customer service) preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, colleagues, and management. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and customer relationship management (CRM) software. - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet customer needs.
