- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely information about our programs and services
- Conducting needs assessments to identify potential students' or clients' goals and objectives
- Advising on program options, eligibility criteria, and application processes
- Processing applications, resolving issues, and escalating complex cases to senior team members
- Maintaining accurate records and updating customer information in our database
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and support

Essential Qualifications:
