You'll have the opportunity to influence and educate your peers, provide feedback and guidance to leaders, and drive consistency in our review process. Your expertise will be sought after to facilitate training for new hires and rotational employees, ensuring that our team members are equipped to deliver world-class service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

* Set the example and raise the level of performance of others while on the job, demonstrating exceptional customer centricity and inclusive leadership skills

  • Provide feedback to peers and leaders, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and growth
  • Deliver review updates on quality and/or timeliness expectations, ensuring that our team is aligned and focused on delivering exceptional results
  • Take calls to maintain personal proficiency and support office-level goals, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Build and maintain client relationships, leveraging your expertise to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Attend and present at calibration meetings, ensuring consistency in the review process and driving excellence across the team
  • Facilitate training for new hires and rotational employees, developing and delivering engaging and effective training programs
  • Ensure timely reviews occur, maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy in our review process
  • Identify trends and assist with specific training needs as requested, staying ahead of the curve and driving innovation in our customer service team

Requirements:

* A 4-year Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)

  • 0-2 years of experience in a customer service or quality assurance role (Preferred)
  • Demonstrated customer centricity, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Digital literacy, with experience using technology to drive customer service and quality assurance initiatives
  • Inclusive leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others to excel
  • Learning agility, with a willingness to adapt and evolve in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Results-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and driving excellence in all aspects of your work
