Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key point of contact for our customers, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support and guidance on our aftermarket auto parts products and services. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide expert guidance and support on our aftermarket auto parts products and services

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive industry

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote customer service environment

  • Knowledge of aftermarket auto parts products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and Spanish, or other languages)
