The Opportunity

As an Experienced Bilingual Customer Service and Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will have the unique opportunity to grow your career by connecting your customer service and sales aptitude to become a Spanish-English Bilingual Remote Licensed Healthcare Insurance Agent. arenaflex will provide you with the training, support, and resources you need to succeed in this role, including a comprehensive licensing course, all state licensing exam fees, and continuing education credits.

Key Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Service and Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service and sales support to individuals in understanding their coverages and selecting the right products, services, and best solutions to meet their personal needs
• Responding to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening, and selecting the best solution in an efficient manner
• Identifying additional needs customers may have and helping them to upgrade products or services
• Assisting customers with full lifecycle customer service and sales, including inbound and outbound calls
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions

What You Bring to the Role

To succeed in this role, you will need to bring the following skills and qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Aptitude, self-discipline, and tenacity to learn about what it takes to become a licensed insurance associate, including passing the state licensing exam
• High-speed internet (>25 mbps download and 10 mbps upload)
• Minimum six (6) months sales experience
• Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy
• Strong customer service orientation, including empathy, compassion, and listening skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong computer navigation skills and experience, as this role is 100% remote
