Compensation and Benefits

Pay ranges from $18.00 to $19.00 per hour. Enjoy complimentary meals, uniforms, and laundering services at select locations.

Responsibilities

As an On-Call Customer Ambassador, you'll be responsible for:

• Greeting every customer warmly and ensuring a high level of hospitality
• Supporting team members by ensuring they have the resources they need to succeed
• Communicating customer feedback and concerns to supervisors
• Maintaining current marketing, wellness, and culinary programs
• Leading weekly promotions and programs for guests
• Sharing best practices and recognizing the efforts of co-workers
• Advocating for effective selling techniques and assisting customers in their decision-making process
• Ensuring that display foods are attractively presented and served according to standards
• Performing additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

* Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in events is preferred but not mandatory
