Job Description

The College Division of arenaflex is seeking a Temporary Data Entry Specialist to support our operations and help us manage leads generated from various events. This role is vital to our success, and we're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, motivated, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

As a Temporary Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Entering lead data into our system within 5 working days of receiving a lead form
• Ensuring all data is entered accurately and efficiently
• Collaborating with the University Relations team to manage the flow of lead data
• Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information
• Meeting deadlines and working independently to complete tasks
• Providing excellent customer service and support to our team

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Previous data entry experience is preferred but not required
• Access to a computer and reliable internet connection
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
