What You'll Do In This Role
As a Technical Support / Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing technical support and resolving routine problems and questions related to client products and services
- Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in databases
- Being an amazing problem-solver and offering additional products and services to customers
- Delivering expert customer experiences with a smile
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues
Your Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Strong focus on building customer relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- 1+ year of customer service experience, with technical support experience a plus
- Open availability and a quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and strong computer navigation skills
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and strong problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- High school diploma or GED, with a desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing (a work computer may be provided depending on the position offered)
