What We're Looking For

As an arenaflex Independent Contractor, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inbound and outbound customer service calls with customers
• Quickly assess customer needs and provide sound solutions
• Provide a high-level of customer service and document details of all calls and customer interactions
• Manage multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Essential Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Experience handling inbound and outbound calls
• Computer skills, including navigating multiple tabs, windows, and systems
• Basic typing skills
• Strong customer service and written communication skills
• Comfortable empathizing and remaining patient with difficult callers

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing role
• Knowledge of customer service software and systems
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Earning Potential and Compensation

As an arenaflex Independent Contractor, you'll have the opportunity to earn a competitive income based on your performance. Our clients offer varying pay structures, with most programs paying for time spent talking on the phone and assisting callers. You may also receive performance-based pay or other incentives. As a self-employed 1099 Independent Contractor, you'll be responsible for your own tax obligations and expenses.

Application and Certification Process

To become an arenaflex Independent Contractor, you'll need to complete the following steps:

• Complete an application to join arenaflex Nation, which includes passing a background/credit check
• Pay a $45 processing fee directly to our vendor for the background/credit check
• Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement
• Complete a W9 form
• Meet additional requirements specific to the program you choose to participate in

As an Independent Contractor, you'll have the flexibility to choose when and how often you commit to servicing our clients, with the potential to earn a higher income based on your availability.

To succeed as an arenaflex Independent Contractor, you'll need to meet our basic technology requirements, which include:

• A Windows-based computer or laptop
• A reliable internet connection
• A headset or earbuds with a microphone
• A quiet and distraction-free workspace
