Responsibilities

As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Focusing on a smaller number of high-value strategic accounts, developing and executing comprehensive account strategies for long-term success
  • Proactively identifying risks before they happen, rallying and project managing internal stakeholders to address customer issues in a timely manner to optimize customer sentiment
  • Building relationships with senior stakeholders, developing a deep understanding of the customers' business, hiring plans, and the outcomes that will define success of the partnership
  • Collecting product and operational feedback, prioritizing requirements based on risk, urgency, and revenue impact, and project managing internal stakeholders to deliver priority items in a timely manner
  • Providing a high-quality experience to our customers on a day-to-day basis, coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely response and completion of customer requests
  • Driving adoption of platform features that will lead to a better customer experience and better retention

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum of 6+ years of relevant work experience, including client-facing experience
  • Previous experience working in the payroll/HRTech industry
  • A strong analytical foundation with the ability to manipulate and synthesize data
  • A reliable, motivated self-starter with a passionate growth mentality, enjoying fast-paced environments and taking on high degrees of responsibility
  • A solid track record of achievement, with success in top-tier companies, delivering quantifiable business impact, and quickly assuming responsibilities or winning competitive awards
  • A curious nature and interest in making an impact
