Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
* 1-2 years of customer-facing experience in a call center, retail, or service industry environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
