Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Customer Solution Architect, you'll be responsible for:

• Serving as a technical expert on all aspects of the arenaflex data platform, providing guidance and support to customers to maximize their value realization.
• Deploying arenaflex following best practices, ensuring customers are empowered to extend capabilities independently and achieve optimal results.
• Engaging with executives and technical teams, presenting arenaflex's vision and technology to drive adoption and growth.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to key customer stakeholders, aligning solutions with their business goals and objectives.
• Maintaining a deep understanding of competitive and complementary technologies, positioning arenaflex effectively in the market.
• Guiding customers in resolving technical challenges, optimizing architecture, and improving performance.
• Leading customer engagements, identifying pain points and recommending solutions that deliver business value.
• Shaping team processes by creating reusable assets, improving workflows, and sharing best practices.
• Collaborating with Product & Engineering teams to influence future innovations based on customer needs.
• Working cross-functionally with Professional Services, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to drive strategic initiatives.

What You Bring

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 10+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles (pre-sales or post-sales).
• 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, designing and implementing scalable solutions.
• Strong expertise in data architecture, ETL, and analytics.
• Proven ability to translate business problems into technical solutions and communicate them effectively.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and familiarity with languages like Python, Java, Scala, or JavaScript.
• Knowledge of data formats or languages that manage data, including SQL, JSON, AVRO, Apache Parquet or XML.
• Deep understanding of data platforms, cloud architecture, and enterprise SaaS solutions.
• Experience leading customer workshops, conducting technical demos, and driving proof-of-concepts.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a metrics-driven environment.
• Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or related fields, or equivalent experience preferred.

Bonus Points

If you have:

• 1+ years of practical arenaflex experience.
• arenaflex SnowPro Core Certification.
• Experience with non-relational platforms, data lake architectures, and open data formats (e.g., Iceberg, Parquet).
• Familiarity with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, Sigma.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP and cloud-native data services.
• Internal and/or external consulting experience.
• Industry expertise in sectors like Financial Services, Retail, Healthcare, Media & Entertainment, etc.
