Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Experience Consultant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Support Agile Applications Development, Support, and Deployment: You will work closely with our development team to ensure that our applications are deployed smoothly and efficiently, and that our customers receive the support they need to get the most out of our products.
  • Conduct remote workspace audits via webcam or phonecam: You will conduct regular remote workspace audits to ensure that our customers' workspaces are set up correctly and that they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
  • Provide customer service and technical troubleshooting: You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing them with timely and effective support to resolve any issues they may be experiencing.

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Prior call center experience with multi-screen setup: You will have previous experience working in a call center environment, with a strong understanding of multi-screen setup and the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
  • High-speed and reliable Internet connection: You will need a high-speed and reliable Internet connection to ensure that you can work efficiently and effectively.
  • Quiet and focused work environment: You will need a quiet and focused work environment to ensure that you can concentrate and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Flexibility to work across various delivery landscapes: You will need to be flexible and able to work across various delivery landscapes, including Agile and traditional development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

While the following qualifications are not essential, they would be highly desirable:

  • Experience working with Agile development methodologies: You will have experience working with Agile development methodologies and be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Certification in customer service or technical support: You will have certification in customer service or technical support, such as ITIL or CompTIA A+.
  • Experience working with remote teams: You will have experience working with remote teams and be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
