Your Role at arenaflex

As a Bilingual Customer Service and Sales Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients. You'll be responsible for connecting with customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized solutions to meet their expectations. With your strong sales and customer service skills, you'll be able to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist individuals in understanding their coverages and selecting the right products, services, and best solutions to meet their personal needs

  • Provide full lifecycle customer service and sales, including inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats
  • Respond to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening, selecting the best solution in an efficient manner
  • Identify additional needs customers may have and help them to upgrade products or services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

What You'll Bring to the Role

* Bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Aptitude, self-discipline, and tenacity to learn about what it takes to become a licensed insurance associate, including passing the state licensing exam
  • High-speed internet (>25 mbps download and 10 mbps upload)
  • Minimum six (6) months sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy, as well as a strong customer service orientation (empathy, compassion, and listening skills)
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong computer navigation skills and experience (as this role is 100% remote)

  • A base wage of $16/hr while studying for your state exam, with an increase to your base pay and eligibility for performance-based bonuses once you're licensed
