Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Assistance: Respond to customer queries, resolve complaints, and offer guidance on bank products and services.
  • Account Management: Assist customers in opening new accounts, managing existing accounts, and handling transactions.
  • Cross-Selling: Promote and explain bank products such as loans, credit cards, and savings accounts to customers.
  • Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve customer issues related to transactions, statements, and other banking concerns.
  • Compliance: Ensure all banking activities comply with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, account openings, and transactions.

Working Hours

As a Customer Officer at arenaflex, you can expect to work full-time hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, with occasional weekend work may be required based on customer demand. Some shifts may require early morning or late evening work to accommodate customer banking hours.
