The Role

As a Customer Service Representative Dispatcher, you will be the first point of contact for our clients' customers, providing exceptional service and support via phone, email, and text. You will be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming calls, making outbound calls to confirm appointments, and following up on previous job history. You will also be required to communicate with clients, internal team members, and other stakeholders using various software.

Your Experience and Lifestyle

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years customer service experience: You will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Desktop computer with full video/sound functionality: You will have a reliable computer with a webcam, speakers, and a second monitor.
  • Wired noise-cancelling headset: You will have a high-quality headset that allows you to focus on customer interactions without distractions.
  • High-speed internet: You will have a fast and reliable internet connection that enables you to work efficiently and effectively.
  • Dedicated and quiet office space: You will have a dedicated workspace that is free from distractions and interruptions.
  • Type minimum 40 WPM: You will have excellent typing skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work from home and in our Fort Worth office: You will be able to work from your home office Monday to Friday and some Saturdays, with occasional travel to our Fort Worth office for meetings, training, and coaching.

Technical Requirements

To perform this role, you will need to meet the following technical requirements:

  • Desktop or Laptop with webcam and speakers: You will have a reliable computer with a webcam and speakers.
  • Second monitor: You will have a second monitor to enhance your productivity and efficiency.
  • Windows or Mac operating system: You will have a Windows or Mac operating system that meets the minimum requirements for this role.
  • 8GB RAM or more: You will have a computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM to ensure smooth performance.
  • Direct connection to router: You will have a direct connection to your router to ensure reliable internet access.
