Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing inbound calls and messages, answering customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and responding to leads from platforms like Thumbtack, Yelp, and Angi
- Coordinating dispatching, assigning jobs efficiently to technicians based on availability, location, and job urgency
- Ensuring top-notch customer experience, addressing concerns with professionalism, providing solutions, and following up to confirm satisfaction
- Maintaining accurate records, logging customer interactions and appointments in our CRM (experience with ServiceTitan is a plus but not required)
- Encouraging customer reviews, following up after completed jobs to build our reputation
Essential Qualifications:
