Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative IV, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, providers, and stakeholders, resolving complex operational issues, and serving as a subject matter expert in customer operations. You'll work closely with our leadership team to implement processes that support our strategic initiatives, including our easy-to-do-business-with (ETDBW) initiatives. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our members, providers, and stakeholders, resolving complex operational issues related to benefit administration, claims, pharmacy issues, group setup, enrollment, billing, broker commission, and access and referral issues.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in customer operations, providing guidance and support to colleagues and leadership on complex customer service issues.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and trending of repeat service issues to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes that support our ETDBW initiatives.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement processes that support our strategic initiatives, including our ETDBW initiatives.
  • Act as a team leader in support of Customer Service Rep teams, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure exceptional customer service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and policies to provide accurate and timely information to our customers.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and exceptional customer service delivery.

Essential Qualifications

* 5 years' experience in customer service, health plan claims, marketing, pharmacy tech, or sales.

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex customer service issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a healthcare or insurance environment.

  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM).
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
