About the Opportunity
As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our existing customers with their insurance policies. You'll be responsible for processing service requests, answering questions, and helping customers make changes to their policies. How You Will Make an Impact
As a Customer Service Agent, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our customers' lives. Here are some key responsibilities you'll be expected to perform:
- Respond to inbound calls from existing customers in a timely and professional manner
- Process service requests, such as adding/removing vehicles and drivers, adding lienholder information, sending policy documents, and more
- Help customers with questions they have regarding existing insurance policies, including coverages and policy benefits
- Work to retain Jerry policyholders by actively finding solutions for customers who are at risk of cancellation
- Collaborate with our leadership team to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention

Compensation and Perks
As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy a range of benefits and perks, including:
- Hourly wage: $18.00 - 21.00
- We'll pay for your P&C license (expected within 60 days after starting)

Schedule
As a remote Customer Service Agent, you'll work Monday to Friday, 12:30pm - 9pm ET. This flexible schedule allows you to work from the comfort of your own home and enjoy a better work-life balance.
