Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Uploading Documents Weekly to Electronic Files and Hard Copies: You'll be responsible for accurately uploading documents to our electronic files and maintaining hard copies, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Maintaining Training Files/ Online Data / Hard Copies: You'll be responsible for maintaining training files, online data, and hard copies, ensuring that all information is accurate and easily accessible.
  • Creating and Uploading New Candidate Personnel Files into the System: You'll be responsible for creating and uploading new candidate personnel files into our system, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Maintaining Updated Status for Inactive Employees, and Returning Employees from Leave: You'll be responsible for maintaining updated status for inactive employees and returning employees from leave, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Assisting in Providing Electronic File, Administration, and Training to New Employees: You'll be responsible for assisting in providing electronic file, administration, and training to new employees, ensuring that they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
  • Performing Weekly Audits (Electronic Files/ Hard Copies) to Ensure that Data Remains at 100%: You'll be responsible for performing weekly audits to ensure that data remains at 100%, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or errors.

Qualifications

To be successful as a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of Two Years Previous Data Entry Experience: You'll need to have a minimum of two years of previous data entry experience, with a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency.
  • High School Diploma: You'll need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in mathematics and computer skills.
  • Attention to Detail: You'll need to have excellent attention to detail, with the ability to accurately and efficiently enter data into our system.
