Job Summary

As a Customer Service/Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through phone, email, online chat, or social media. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating customer information, resolving customer issues, and tracking call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and industries, gaining valuable experience and skills in customer service and data entry.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, online chat, or social media

• Maintain and update customer information as necessary
• Resolve customer issues in a calm and professional manner
• Escalate calls to supervisor when necessary and appropriate
• Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing of credit card authorizations
• Track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
• Provide feedback reports on call issues related to downtime and/or training issues
• Upsell to customers as necessary

Requirements

* High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred

• Customer service experience a plus
• Phone-related customer service a major plus
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel applications
• Bilingual language skills a plus
